Who we are
GenX Zimbabwe is a shop in Harare, with an online store, for gadgets and gear you did not know existed. We bring in the latest and the unusual, and many people first see these things from us.
We are the retail shop of GenX Technologies PBC. Our eyewear is sold under the Eyedentity name.

A word from the founder
GenX began as a hobby. Gadgets and electronics have always been a passion, and that passion is what brought GenX to life. It was nurtured through the years, and through hardship. It survived when other companies fell by the wayside, and it grew slowly.
Today GenX also includes GenX Enterprise Solutions and our own eyewear label, Eyedentity. That growth is ours too. We want to keep growing, serve the whole of Zimbabwe, keep our high reviews, and give people the best and latest that technology has to offer today.

The shop is in Harare. We deliver to every city and town in Zimbabwe.
Trusted beyond the shop
Our business arm, GenX Enterprise Solutions, has installed fire-hazard monitoring in laboratories at 38 General Hospitals in Zimbabwe (2025) and environmental monitoring in the server rooms of Harare Hospital and Mpilo Hospital (2026). It has also supplied GPS tracking and remote immobiliser hardware for ZTE Zimbabwe, alarm and speed-limiter equipment for Econet Vaya Technologies, alarm systems for Envirogas filling stations and protective footwear for ZESA.
