About these terms

These terms cover the use of this website and buying from GenX Zimbabwe, the retail shop of GenX Technologies PBC. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to them.

Products and prices

Prices are in US dollars. We do our best to keep descriptions, prices and availability right. If we find a mistake in your order, we will tell you before we go ahead.

How an order works

Sending your cart on WhatsApp is a request to buy. Your order is confirmed when we confirm it with you on WhatsApp. If an item has sold since you sent your request, we will tell you.

Payment

In Harare you pay when you receive your order. Outside Harare payment is made before we dispatch your order, for receipting purposes. Delivery fees apply. Ways to pay are on the delivery and payments page. The delivery fee depends on your location and we confirm it before you pay.
